Gold Heart

Been doing movie marathon on the first week summer break with my boyfriend. He's a maniac of Fast & Furious series (well, boys, you know,) and has been opiate me with it too. I'm obsessed with the character Gisele Harabo (portrayed by actress and model Gal Gadot), which look chic and sexy but still giving that sense of undefeatable and a little bit of masculine (also rockin too).
So, this is the outfit - inspired by the the Fast series, applied on and mixed with my own style.
What do you think about it?

working a little bit hard applying the sequins on the top - for honest I'm head over heels with sequin

"Mommy, I Want That!" - June 2013: Current Obsession

Not exactly what I've written above -- I wouldn't (well, I can't actually,) beg on my mom like that -- that's a total brag. But you know, sometimes I wish I was just a kid, spoiled begging stuffs on my mom and dad.
So, after pacing back and forth through the magazine, enjoying mall to mall tour and windows shopping, and other stuffs - here's my current obsession of the month:

1.) Denim
Who's not so into denim? Denim is one of the fashion timeless and versatile piece ever.
I'm desperately hoping for a new overall and a cap shown below:

  denim caps of Pull&Bear

2.) Mini bag
Oh, no! This is insane: I'm going crazy with mini bag, ever since I bought this mini sailor bag I told ya before. I found it's practical to use, light weight, and holds more than just a tiny role of completing your look - mini bag also can create your look.
I'm dreaming mindlessly of The Daphne bag of Jason Wu in ivory (though the pastel mint one also cute), Hermes Constance (grey or beige would be so elegant), a black classic Chanel, and Charlotte Olympia's Pandora Perspex clutch. (Quite hard fall to the cold hard ground, remembering your mom's saying, "Have your own fight of what you wanted to," -- well, investing? LOL)

3.) Socks & tights
According to me, ASOS is a tight heaven! Gosh, I would let my mind playing anywhere everytime I visit the section. It feels just like I want to bought every tights available there. Haha..

So, what's your current obsession? I'm so glad if we could share our insanity together ;)

The High Road

So, monochrome and mod thing is so hot now, and can't resist to try it on to myself. I was looking for houndstooth cropped top (as I ever said before), but going out nowhere and got nothing and end up with this pretty checker dress instead.

...And black and leather and fedora and gold accent remind me of... street, the road.. The high road.

Anyway, I've been stunned by Louis Vuitton's Chic on the Bridge campaign, and get idea to edit this shot into something like that. Here is it, below:

...and turns out...epic fail. Errr...maybe (we) should learn and research more about things like it (?)
Anyway, thoughts about it? I'm very welcome if you do :)

Much love! xx

Obsessed

Obsessed! Yeah, I'm so obsessed much with denim at the moment.
And I found this simple yet beautiful denim piece on my mom's closet section of her countless denim and jeans collection. It seems that she already forgot that this dress was exist, so I think it's legal to stole it for a day, huh? LOL

This was the beautiful accessories inspired by the pretty peacock I've mention here

...and not to mention how much I'm in love with this snakeskin embossed clutch.

Green Lights

Excitement of the week: I just got a new wardrobe and little makeover on my dressing room. I'm really, really excited. More space means more reason to buy more clothes. LOL

So, talk about the outfit. The weather is so hot that day that I took on my favorite sleeveless top and this neon colored pants - a piece that inspired this post title, and done with a low bowknot with my hair, add up the pair of my current favorite shoes to done the look.

And, as I told before... finally I brought this nice piece home! Yeay! And I'm addicted to it ever since, I always wore it everywhere I go, even though I bring so many books that day - I'd rather clasp or clutch on my books and left my daily tote bag at home - I'm just mad with this little sling bag. Oh, no *facepalm*

...and, also done a French manicure with my nails. Got boring with the white, so I changed into black.

The necklaces and rosary graphic, that's the reason why I favored this top

Never Grow Up

I fall in love with comic print-trends. They are cute, aren't they? I admit that part of me still weren't grow up (well, let's say that I'd love to stay and can't moved on) from my early teenage period - I still love to dressed myself up like a high school girl and so, and this comic bandage skirt reminds me of that comic-maniac time.
Anyway, I've mention how happy I am to bring them home before.

Look at the print, they are so cute, right? :D
For honest, I've been gained about 11lbs (5kg) these two months, and I never confident with my curvy hips. But for this comic bandage skirt, I make peace and some promise with them. LOL

Anyway, this morning I just realized about how much I miss my dad. I've got some interview via email, and one of the question ask me of how I got interested in fashion. It reminds me of daddy so much, for he fully respect the art and industry of fashion.
There's one of his quote that I remember clearly at the moment, "A girl could be really confidence and shine bright in a right designer shoe and walk in the pair of genuine jeans."
I miss being daddy's little girl, heart and physically.
